Strata Community Association (NSW) named Dependable Strata the winner of the Medium Business award at the 2026 Strata Community CHU Awards for Excellence.
The category is open to strata management businesses managing between 1,500 and 6,500 lots. Entrants are judged on service excellence, staff training, professional conduct and innovation, through a written submission and an interview with the judging panel.

After a switchboard fire at an inner-city building, our Head of Strata, Daniel Gao, coordinated Ausgrid, Council, contractors, insurers and the strata committee at once. When approvals stalled, he escalated to Ausgrid's senior leadership to avoid further delays.
The repair was fully approved before Christmas and the building received a full switchboard upgrade. Along the way we helped the committee raise an urgent special levy, explained the risks plainly to hesitant owners, and compiled the evidence for a successful insurance claim.
