
The Owners appointed Dependable Strata for a 2nd year after the strata plan was formed. Upon reviewing the financials, it appeared that the cleaning cost was extremely high at $27,000 per annum while the service was poor.









Further reviewing the documents, a 3-year contract was signed at the first AGM when the developer was holding the majority of the votes. Different options were explored, including the new scope of works, quote, and negotiations with the existing cleaner.



After a number of negotiation meetings with the existing cleaner, a revised cost of $17,000 per annum was reached and the cleaner has also agreed to set up a WhatsApp group where the owners can report any cleaning issues directly to the cleaners to address the issues promptly. New Building signed up with unfair contract
